Earth Options Pet Food is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, is highly organized, and is confident using computers and business software. If you love dogs, thrive on providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy connecting with people by phone, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
* Make outbound customer service and inside sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
* Enter and maintain accurate customer information and records.
* Process orders and assist with administrative tasks.
* Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Support day-to-day office operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Advanced computer skills are required.
* Typing speed of 40–60 wpm.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Comfortable making outbound customer service and inside sales calls.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn.
* A genuine love of dogs and an interest in the pet industry is an asset.
