1. Sponsor
Sponsor: [Earth Options / Kelbec Pet Co. Ltd.], 302-31510 Gill Ave., Mission, BC V4S 0A1, Canada (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Existing customers, employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment partners are not eligible. Dogs only; you must be the lawful owner/guardian of the pet shown.
3. Promotion Period
Begins January 31, 2026 @ 8:am PST and ends March 31, 2026 @ 11:59pm PST (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
- Request your Pet-See Package. Click to sign up.
- Perform the at-home taste test per the Pet-See instructions (included in your package).
- Record a 30–90s video clearly showing the two bowls and your dog’s choice.
- Submit your video and complete the entry form. Click to submit video.
Limit one (1) entry per person/household. Multiple entries or entries via automated means are prohibited. Standard data rates may apply.
Qualified video entries will earn 10 extra entries into the draw.
5. Submission Requirements
- Feature your own pet and be created safely and humanely.
- Be original; not infringe others’ rights (music, logos, images, or trademarks).
- Avoid offensive, illegal, dangerous, or misleading content.
- File type: .mp4/.mov/.avi, ≤ 500 MB; landscape preferred.
Sponsor may disqualify or remove any Submission at its sole discretion.
6. License/Use of Submissions
By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Submission (including your name, pet’s name, likeness, voice, and statements) in any media for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited.
7. Winner Selection & Odds
On or about February 11, 2026, eligible qualified Submissions will be entered into a draw and will be picked randomly.
8. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) FREE 11 lb bags of Earth Options dog food, recipe of winner’s choice delivered in installments or a single shipment at Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00.
Not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not applicable with any other offer. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Limit one (1) prize per household.
9. Winner Notification/Verification
Potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided and must respond within [48/72] hours with required information (eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release where lawful, and shipping details). If not timely, ineligible, or non-compliant, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to eligible entrant.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Challenge, as determined by Sponsor. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
11. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation, Submission, selection, or use of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or infringement claims relating to materials provided by entrants, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or as prohibited by law.
12. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Pet-See Challenge Privacy Policy (and Sponsor’s general privacy policy, if applicable). By entering, you consent to such processing.
13. Publicity
Where lawful, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, pet’s name/likeness, city/state, and Submission for advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
14. Governing Law/Disputes
Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the courts located in the Vancouver, British Columbia region.
15. Winner List
To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 302-31510 Gill Ave., Mission, BC V4S 0A1 within 30 days after the Promotion Period.
