By uploading your video, you (“Participant”) agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Consent. You are 18+ and the lawful owner/guardian of the pet shown. You have permission from anyone appearing in the content (including minors’ parents/guardians).
2. Content Ownership. You own or control all rights to the video, audio, images, captions, and any other materials you submit (“Submission”) and your Submission does not infringe any third-party rights (including music, logos, or trademarks).
3. License to Use. You grant Earth Options and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Submission (in whole or in part), including your name, pet’s name, likeness, voice, and statements, in any media now known or later developed, for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
4. No Confidentiality. Submissions are not confidential and may be publicly displayed or shared.
5. Animal Welfare & Safety. You agree your Submission was created safely and humanely, without distress or risk to your pet, and in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines. If your content appears unsafe or inappropriate, Earth Options may disqualify or remove it.
6. Moderation Rights. Earth Options may review, edit for length/format, refuse, or remove any Submission for any reason, at its discretion.
7. No Medical Advice. The Pet-See Challenge is an at-home taste test for entertainment/educational purposes only and is not veterinary or nutritional advice. Consult your veterinarian for pet health or diet questions.
8. Release of Claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Earth Options, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your participation, the use of your Submission, or the prize, including but not limited to claims for publicity, privacy, or intellectual-property violations you did not disclose.
9. Contact & Privacy. You consent to being contacted about your Submission and the promotion. Personal data will be handled per the Privacy Policy and Official Rules.
10. Offer Terms. Not applicable with any other offer. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on number/quality of eligible entries.
11. Rules Acceptance. By submitting, you confirm you have read and agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy, and these terms.
