At Earth Options Pet Food, we are committed to delivering high-quality, responsibly sourced pet food to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated once your order has been received. We do not use Shopify for shipping rates as our Corporate rates with our couriers are much lower.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Earth Options Pet Food is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

  • If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
